David Brown
Independent Trustee
David was appointed as an independent Trustee in 2018. He brings his knowledge and expertise from working in the pensions industry for over 30 years. This includes sitting on other Trustee Boards, in-house pension experience working for a large retailer and consulting roles working at two of the Big Four accountancy firms.
Andrew Davison, OBE
Former Company Secretary, Greggs plc
Andrew has been a company-nominated trustee of the Scheme since 1997. He was a trustee of the Greggs Foundation for nearly 25 years. He is also the former Company Secretary at Greggs plc and brings his knowledge and expertise from the legal sector, being a Partner and Head of Corporate Law at Muckle LLP.
Karen Graney*
Brand Format Manager, Greggs plc
Karen has been a member nominated trustee since 2017. She has worked for Greggs plc for 23 years and is the Brand Format Manager in the shop development team. She provides a link between members and the trustee.
